Continuous support through early labor and hands-on help during active labor and delivery—at home, the hospital, or a birth center
Two prenatal appointments to discuss birth preferences, connect with your birth team, and answer questions
Text and phone support during your third trimester and beyond
Postpartum appointment to review your birth story together, answer lingering questions, and help your family feel ready to succeed

Partner Prep / Birth Preferences Planning
Two prenatal appointments for you and support person(s) to discuss birth preferences, connect with your birth team, and answer questions
Structured coaching for up to three partners or support people
Text and phone support during your third trimester and beyond
Optional postpartum appointment to review your birth story, answer lingering questions, and help your family feel ready to succeed
$250 investment (2026)
Postpartum Support
Initial meeting to review your birth story and identify where you need support—this can include lactation, infant sleep, household management, emotional processing, or relationship coaching as you adjust to your new normal
Postpartum time is available in blocks of 4 hours
